My husband and I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment at Kagy Village for two years. It was always a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, the grounds were kept clean and neat, and internet/water/garbage included in rent was very nice. Karen is an absolute gem and was incredibly kind to us during our time there. She went above and beyond to help us when the army messed up his pay, as well as when we had to move. For a single person or couple with no pets or a cat, it’s a great place. My cat was always comfortable and content, we never had any issues with bugs, mold, or anything of that nature. The maintenance men always showed up promptly the few times we had to call. I would live there again. Highly recommend.
